Axis Referral Network – Summary

• Axis Business Advisors (“Axis”) is an independent business advisory and brokerage firm. Enrollment does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

• You agree to submit referrals in good faith and to provide accurate information to the best of your ability. Axis retains full discretion to accept, decline, or disengage any referral.

• On certain qualifying closed transactions, Axis may pay referral compensation to your broker of record, who is responsible for distributing any portion to you under your office’s internal agreements and policies.

• An example structure may allocate 1.0 point (1%) to the referring agent and 0.5 points (0.5%) to the referring broker for a total of 1.5 points (1.5%) of an applicable basis. These figures are examples only and not a guarantee of earnings. Your office may describe and use other commission structures or percentages with Axis.

• No referral compensation is owed on transactions that do not close, or on engagements where a written agreement does not provide for referral compensation.

• You agree not to undertake activities requiring a license beyond those you hold, and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• All non-public information shared about Axis and referred business owners is to be treated as confidential and used solely for evaluating and conducting potential engagements.

• A full Referral Partner Agreement may be provided to your broker of record for review and signature, and that agreement will control in the event of any inconsistency with this summary.
